ONE Card Game
The card game is one that can bring us all together or tear us apart and the ONE Card Game walks that line between the two. It's a game that makes you think that all you need is one card to win and in a sense, that's true. The problem is that you're sharing all those cards with several other players who also need that one card to win. So, you're going to need to make yourself comfortable around the table because you're going to need to rely on luck and a bit of strategy to get that one card. After all, there can only be one.
About ONE Card Game
The simpler a card game is, the more people you can bring into it and the more competitive it can get as a result. This game maxes out at four players but that's more than enough to make things chaotic. Everyone is an enemy and there can be no alliances among a group this small, but that also means that there's a better chance that you have at tracking certain cards. It's on you to use your hand in the most effective and creative ways possible. If not, you'll keep struggling to get rid of a card you've had since the beginning.
How to Play
ONE Card Game is a 2D top-down competitive card game that's played among four players with just the mouse. To choose a card to play from your hand, move the cursor to it and click the Left Mouse Button. To draw a card, you can click the pile next to the center of the table. When special cards are played against you, you'll automatically do the required actions. Other players will move and act on their own, changing depending on what cards are played. The goal is to be the first one to get rid of all your cards.
When the game starts, you can give yourself a name and choose a profile picture. From there, you start the game and be thrown in with three other players. The game order will start randomly, with play starting in a counterclockwise order. You can only play one card at a time and if you are unable to play a card, you must draw a new one. The card you play must be either the same color or the same number as what's shown in the center. Special cards can allow you to change the color, reverse play order, skip a player's turn, or force them to take additional cards. If you have to draw a card and get one that you can play, you can play it immediately.
Tips and Tricks
A lot of luck goes into this game and you have to put some faith in luck. Ideally, you'll have a hand with an assortment of cards so that you can avoid getting stuck. Cards that change colors or force cards into an opponent's hand should be saved for emergencies or the late game.
