The last thing you want to happen when you're on vacation is a zombie outbreak but when in Rome, or wherever you are in Zombie Vacation 2. After your last vacation went so well, you decided to take the risk and go on another one. The tropical island with all its clear skies and cool waters pulls you into a dream before a stumbling snarling horde of undead decide to pour gooey hot nightmares all over your face. Now you've got no choice but to try and survive this swiftly transformed resort by picking up any firearms you can and picking off what look to be the zombified forms of fallout-shelter-themed ravers.
About Zombie Vacation 2
Sequels are all about continuing with what made the first game good and then expanding upon it in new and fun ways. This game follows up with another vacation spot, more undead, and surprisingly easy access to quality guns and ammo. You are possibly the only survivor and your motivation is to see how long you can hold onto that title. Everything that moves does so because it wants to kill and eat you so you're well in you're right to fire back with everything you've got. Don't get too trigger-happy or you may find yourself crowded sooner than you think.
How to Play
Zombie Vacation 2 is a 3D first-person shooter about fighting zombies in a holiday resort using the mouse and keyboard.
Controls
- Cursor - Look Aim
- Left Mouse Button - Fire/Attack
- Right Mouse Button - Precise Aim (for certain weapons)
- W/Up Arrow - Move Forward
- S/Down arrow - Move Backward
- A/Left Arrow - Turn Left
- D/Right Arrow - Turn Right
- Spacebar - Jump
- Shift - Sprint
- R - Reload
The goal is to kill a certain number of zombies to clear the area with the counter being tracked on the right side of the screen. Your health and ammo will be shown in the bottom left and right corners of the screen respectively. Once you kill enough zombies, you'll move on to the next level. If your health reaches zero, you'll need to try again.
When you start, you'll spawn in an open area near the water and look at some sandy hills. Zombies will begin spawning in random places and will automatically make their way toward you. You'll have a designated weapon and a limited amount of ammo to kill all the zombies necessary to progress. Each level will give you a more powerful weapon to deal with the growing number of zombies. The zombies will only attack once they get in range and barrels that appear around the area can be shot and exploded in an area.
Tips and Tricks
You only have a limited amount of ammo and space to work within so always keep an eye on your surroundings. Zombies can spawn anywhere and will try to surround you from a distance so stay aware. Barrels can be used effectively since it's very easy to group zombies and lead them to where you want them.
